Only complaint I have is they don't offer free breakfast like most other Holiday Inns. The restaurant, Cove Point, is where we had dinner and it was delicious and our server was great.
We were wanting to stay one more night in Gatlinburg so we found this nearby hotel , seemed really nice and very close to the areas we were wanting to wander about later on. Our room check in was at 3pm, we got there around 3:30 but the room was not ready yet, waited about another 1hr/1hr30 and the room was still not ready. Lauren and Sidoney went above and beyond to accommodate us for an upgrade room to a suite room for the inconvenience. My husband and I did not mind waiting for the room to be cleaned, but these ladies were super super kind and helpful in accommodating us when they didn’t have too! HIGHLY recommend staying here it was beautiful and had a beautiful view out in the balcony!! Will be staying here the next time we are in TN ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
What a wonderful experience. We were on a road trip across the states. We decided last minute to come to an event in the area. We had some changes in travel and had to make changes to our reservation. Donnette was so helpful every time I spoke with her. The hotel is very nice and all of the staff was great. We felt very comfortable here. We will be back. Thank you again Donnette
This hotel is really nice and clean we had a good view. Next to us which is walking distance was a band on the other side is the go-karts some of the rooms have balconies and fireplaces.. The food was ok but if you don't have points you might have to pay I wouldn't pay for it. Just go out to get breakfast or have something delivered. The staff was really nice and friendly. They do have a restaurant in the hotel as well. Would definitely come here again and will tell others.
My husband and I brought our grandchildren and our daughter to the mountains for a special trip. We arrived last night on 5-1-2025. We had originally booked another hotel and checked in there and when I say it was horrible it was horrible. We then booked This Hotel and when I say they have been so accommodating and helpful and even let us check in our room early due to the fact of the experience we had at the other hotel. The room here is so clean and so nice. The staff at check in has been amazing. We first were greeted by Allie who helped us get checked in early since we had the other hotel experience that was horrible. Then when we came back to actually go up to our room the lady and gentlemen at the desk was amazing. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn
One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Excellent customer service, friendly staff. The floors, beds, bathrooms - it was all very clean. Highly recommend staying here. Walking distance to the Island. Great hotel!
Great hotel. Wish there was better communication regarding a booking issue with a third-party service, but staff was helpful with it. Room was clean, given that a lot of children, you can expect to hear hallway traffic, but it was fine. Some rooms have balconies, which was nice.
Beautiful hotel with a great view. I was on the top floor, it is noisy due to the amusement rides nearby and traffic, but it is expected if you're visiting Gatlinburg. Parking was good, rooms are very nice, and service was grear. Very friendly front desk agent. The only thing I did not like was trying to get pull in the parking lot from the road and pulling out of the parking lot onto the road. Its a very, very busy road, especially on a Sunday night.
